Dirty dancing banned
Perhaps the day of the Joplin High School Football Homecoming Dance is not the day to post this article, but school officials in Spokane, Wash., have banned school dances because of a sexually explicit type of dancing known as freaking. Read the article from the Associated Press.

That is the stupidest thing to call any type of dance. Freaking? Really people, freaking!? You know an old man made that up. "In my day, kids danced tastefully and didn't do all that giratin', hip swivelin', freaky dances." Oh, please. I'm sorry, but "freaking" is a stupid word.
From what I saw at Homecoming, it should be. Ewwww!
i think they had no right to do that the schhol has no reason its the way we dance what next are they going to take away our lunch time they think we get nasty in at lunch well this is so stupid
finally!!! I always get so grossed out when stupid cheerleaders start danceing so nasty. So i can say i'm glad it's being band.
I am glad that it is band all the girls do not need to do that for attention because dancng like that is wrong it dose not mean your a slut it just means it grosses people out sometimes people need to learn to atleats calm down when you dance people need to calm down people need to learn u dont have t dance like that for atention
i dont like dancing dirty. male hormones rage and i think thats nasty

When a girl dances on or by a guy that doesn't make her a slut. That is wrong that you would say that because you have probably did the same thing to when you were young!!!!!

HELLO! It is amazing the comments that have been posted. I totally agree with the people who think it should be banned. I mean the talent show last year when Amanda Welch and two other people were dancing the made me sick. And the cheerleaders should not be dancing like that it is just so totally wrong!
i think that dirrty dancing should be band. i hate to see people i hate bumpin and grindin, do that on your own time and not infront of me.ewwwww ewwww ewww
well first of all I think that the three girls that did the talent show last year to 1,2, step should have never done the dance in the first place becauese the have imature sick little minds. I can't believe that the teachers approved of it and let them do it. If we wanted to see all that then we could have just gone to a club and watched everyone else.
