The Joplin R-8 Board of Education tonight approved a new drug policy which will call for the testing of all high school students who plan to participate in extracurricular activities. The policy goes into effect at the beginning of the 2005-2006 school year.

No wonder it was approved. Nobody cares about their rights anymore. How sad.
